5 STEP PROCESS
STEP 1
BRAINSTORM
Every project begins with a brainstorm. As a homeowner, you want your home to meet your needs. During this process you can begin gathering pictures, color pallets or other references that gives you and the team an idea of what you have envisioned. We’ll begin by exploring the possibilities and helping you translate your dream into a vision for your project.

STEP 2
CONSULTATION
During our home consultation we will go over the project to get an understanding of the scope of work & reason for remodeling. This is an opportunity for you to show in person what is and is not working about the current design of your home. We will discuss feasibility. It evaluates the home’s current condition, identifies necessary improvements, estimates costs, and considers regulations and potential challenges. The overall goal is to determine if the proposed remodel aligns with your goals and is worth the investment. We will use this information to begin the design process.
STEP 3
DESIGN
Depending on the requested design process you've chosen from our initial consultation this will be a time to meet with our design team, showroom team or requested home sample consultation. Your design team will use the information gathered during your feasibility discussion to develop several iterations of what your project could look like. Then, you’ll meet with your design team to discuss these different concepts. You’ll identify what you like and what you don’t, and your designers will use your feedback to develop a final concept.

STEP 4
PREPAIR
In this point on you will have approved & sign a construction contract that will allow us to move forward with permits. Any project that involves major structural, electrical, plumbing, or zoning changes will require a work permit. Depending on the complexity of the project and the county it is located in, your permits can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months. We will schedule a walkthrough of the project where we will discuss prep, work area access & other details that will create an efficient job site.
STEP 5
BUILD
While your home is under construction, you won’t have a lot of work to do. Aside from monitoring progress and attending a few meetings, you’ll simply get to sit back and watch the project take shape. Although you won’t be participating in demolishing the current space, you will feel its effects. The process is loud and dusty, and if you’re in the home during the demolition stage, you can expect a few interruptions to your day. During the building process you will have up to 2 separate walkthroughs to make sure everything is going to plan. A final walkthrough will be scheduled after we have completed the project to go over any final details & before you see it coming your remodel is finished! It has been a journey, but it’s worth it. Enjoy your space and the life-transformation it brings.
